Mid-inspection. Mid-auction. Mid-appraisal.
Never miss an enquiry again.
Your phone rings most when you can't pick it up. We set up a voice agent that answers in your agency's name, takes the enquiry down properly — who, which property, what they want, how to reach them — and puts the callback in your hand straight after the call.
Australian-built · NSW guardrails first · Callers always told it's AI
The calls you miss are the ones that were about to pay.
Buyers ring during the open home. Vendors ring after the auction. Tenants ring when the hot water dies. Few of them will leave a voicemail.
Sales agents and principals
A buyer asking about Saturday's inspection, a vendor wanting an appraisal, a solicitor chasing the contract. Each call is taken with the property, the caller's number and what they asked for, so you ring back already knowing what it's about.
Property managers
Routine repairs are taken as messages. Urgent ones — no hot water, a burst pipe, a gas smell — are flagged as emergencies and sit at the top of your queue, not buried in it.
Small agencies without a front desk
One or two of you and no receptionist. The agent takes the calls you can't, and you decide who to ring back first.
How we make sure nothing slips.
It isn't a replacement for you on the phone. It's what happens to the calls you physically cannot take.
Your number stays yours
We set it up as overflow from your existing line. The calls you answer are never touched. The ones that would have gone to voicemail go to the agent instead.
A message you can act on
The agent answers in your agency's name and takes the enquiry down properly: who called, what they're after, which property or suburb, and the number to reach them on. That lands as a callback, not a voicemail to decode.
A queue ordered by urgency, in your pocket
Callbacks land in the companion app straight after the call, sorted so the emergency repair and the ready buyer sit above the routine query. Tap to dial, log the outcome, move on.
We keep running it with you
You see every call the agent handled and what was said. When something is wrong, you tell us and we change the agent. You don't log in to fix your own phone line.
What it won't do. On purpose.
A voice agent in real estate is one wrong sentence away from an underquoting complaint. Ours is built to take those questions down for you rather than answer them.
The guardrails are written against NSW law first. Other states follow as we verify their rules, not before.
It never invents a price. No guessing a guide, an appraisal figure or a weekly rent. A price question is captured for you to answer, with the caller's number attached.
It gives no legal or tenancy advice. Contract questions, notice periods, disputes and terminations go to you or the solicitor. The agent says so and takes the message.
It won't run a rent auction. It doesn't solicit or relay offers above the advertised rent. If a caller offers more, it declines and moves on.
It doesn't pretend to be your licensed agent. It's your agency's AI assistant, and it says so. Anything that needs a licensee's judgement is handed to one.
What your callers are told.
You're handing your front door to a machine and your clients will work that out. So the agent says it first, before anything else happens.
Every call opens with an AI and recording notice. Spoken at the top of the call, not buried in terms.
Callers can ask for a person. Anyone who would rather wait for you can say so. The message reaches you either way.
It answers in Australian English. Your callers hear someone local, because your agency is.
This is running with one NSW agency now. Their name appears here only once they have given written permission — nothing before then.
