Three months free. No obligation to continue.
For the first 50 eligible new plumbing businesses in each participating city: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth and the Gold Coast.
Months 1–3: A$0 total for the included pilot, from agreed live activation. Standard setup and managed profile maintenance are included. No card is required to join the free pilot.
No obligation to continue after three months. If you stop, you pay nothing. There is no setup fee, cancellation fee or repayment of the free months. The minimum total for the free pilot is A$0.
Months 4–6 are optional. No automatic move to a paid plan. This is a six-month programme, not a six-month payment commitment. The paid-month price is not yet finalised. We will show you the monthly price including any applicable GST and the paid-service terms before you separately choose to continue. No job commission or per-lead charge.
Enquiries are open; paid signup is not open on this page. This page explains the offer and proposed business terms. No subscription starts, payment becomes due or agreement is accepted by reading it, emailing us or viewing a demonstration.
An enquiry does not reserve a place or create a paid agreement. Your completed free-pilot Order and business agreement must be expressly accepted by both parties before participation is confirmed. Accepting the free pilot does not accept paid service.
Who provides the pilot
LOCALVOICEAI PTY LTD, ABN 64 692 275 997, ACN 692 275 997, trading as Local Voice AI, is based in Sydney, Australia. The Order will identify the parties, their service addresses, authorised contacts, included services and final commercial details.
The Founding 50 offer is for the planned assistant marketplace service. It is separate from Smoko AI receptionist subscriptions and their pricing. The existing Terms of Service describe those services; they do not automatically enrol a business in this pilot.
Eligibility and 50 places per city
The offer is for new Australian plumbing businesses with an ABN, relevant current state or territory licences, suitable insurance and capacity to serve agreed postcodes in a participating city. One place is available per legal business, including its branches. Each business nominates one primary city cohort; serving multiple cities does not reserve multiple founding places. Your representative must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business.
We will confirm supported postcodes and service types with you during onboarding. A place is allocated only after eligibility checks, completed onboarding and acceptance of a completed free-pilot Order. Eligible completed applications are assessed in timestamp order within each city; any correction needed will be explained. We will confirm your place and activation plan in writing.
Availability is limited to 50 confirmed places in each participating city, with separate city records. Existing confirmed Sydney places are preserved. We do not publish a remaining-place count unless it is supported by current records. Later applicants can request information about future availability without a payment obligation.
When your three free months start
Your free period starts when both parties acknowledge in writing that the agreed service is live and ready for your business. Registering interest, waiting for integrations or watching a fictional demo does not start the clock.
The free-pilot Order must record the activation date, the end of the three free months and an agreed deadline for activation. If you later opt in to paid service, a separate acceptance records the paid start date, price, monthly billing periods and programme end date. If the service is not ready by that deadline, you may leave without subscription charges unless you choose a new date in writing.
Before activation, we will confirm your approved public profile, actual supported connection, authorised staff access, request delivery and scheduling arrangements, and applicable data handling. Only the included capabilities listed in your Order form part of your service.
AI platforms, requests and reviews
ChatGPT is the first workflow. Our current demonstration uses fictional jobs. Claude, Grok and other assistant connections are development targets. Real business accounts, notifications, authoritative scheduling and review collection must be qualified before they are offered as live features.
The intended experience is one business profile with managed connections as supported platforms launch. Registering with us does not guarantee appearance in every assistant, automatic recommendations, access without the customer's own platform permissions, a particular ranking, leads, bookings or income. Third-party terms, account requirements and regional availability apply.
Founding benefit: eligible founding businesses receive priority onboarding and early profile preparation ahead of later applicants in their city, subject to completed checks and service readiness. This is a Local Voice AI onboarding benefit. It does not buy or guarantee first placement, a recommendation or a ranking in ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or another assistant; those platforms control their own responses. Launch dates and availability will be confirmed in your Order.
As review features become available, feedback must reflect genuine customer experience. A founding place does not buy a positive review, higher rating or preferential ranking in an AI platform. We will not create reviews, suppress genuine criticism or describe Local Voice AI feedback as an official ChatGPT review system.
Proposed business services agreement
Your completed Order and the version of the business terms supplied with it will govern participation once expressly accepted. The free-pilot Order must identify the live scope, A$0 total, dates, support contact, data arrangements and authorised people. Any paid continuation requires separate express acceptance after its price and terms have been disclosed. Any agreed variation must be recorded; a later website edit does not silently change an accepted Order.
- Our service: manage your approved business profile and the connections and request-handling features expressly included in the Order. We provide the platform service; your business supplies the plumbing work under a separate agreement with its customer.
- Your responsibilities: keep your licences, insurance, service areas, business details and availability accurate; appoint authorised staff; protect access credentials; review requests; and provide lawful, safe services. Tell us promptly if information changes or access is compromised.
- Approval and confirmation: Every negotiated price requires your approval, including concessions within suggested pricing rules. An authoritative fixed tariff may be booked directly only if you explicitly enable that option, scheduling checks pass and the customer confirms the exact terms. A request or AI suggestion is not a confirmed appointment.
- Customer information: use a customer's private request details only to handle that enquiry and agreed work. Do not resell them or add the customer to unrelated marketing without a lawful basis. Provide the relevant customer terms, assessment fees and final job price clearly.
- Fees: no invoice or paid subscription is created by joining, using or completing the free pilot. We will offer any optional paid continuation at least 14 days before the free period ends. A reminder is not consent. Paid service starts only after your separate written acceptance; its monthly fee stays fixed for the agreed programme. Separately requested extras need an itemised quote and approval and are not required to use or leave the free pilot.
- Your content: you retain ownership of your business information. You give us a limited permission to display approved public details and process private records as needed for the agreed service. This is not permission to publish private customer records or train unrestricted models on them.
- Support and changes: report problems using your Order's support contact. We will investigate and remedy failures within a reasonable time. Material changes need advance notice and a fair remedy or exit where they materially reduce your agreed service; statutory rights remain.
AI can make mistakes. Confirm job scope, availability, prices and safety-critical information with the relevant people. The pilot is not an emergency response service; call 000 for immediate danger.
Cancellation, completion and renewal
You may cancel at any time during the three free months by emailing indrajeet.k@localvoiceai.com.au, without paying anything for the included pilot. You can also simply decline paid continuation. No notice period, cancellation fee or repayment of the free months applies.
If you do not expressly opt in to a paid plan, the pilot ends after month 3 and nothing is payable. Silence, continued interest, a demonstration or your original free-pilot acceptance is not authorisation to charge. We will not continue paid service or issue an invoice without that separate acceptance.
If you choose paid continuation for months 4–6, the proposed service is monthly. You may cancel before your next billing period to stop future months; any amount for a paid period already expressly accepted remains subject to its disclosed terms and your statutory rights. There is no fee for unused future months or early exit.
If either party materially breaches the agreement, the other may give written notice describing the issue and normally allow 10 business days to fix it. Immediate suspension may be appropriate for a serious security or safety issue or unlawful use, limited to what is reasonably necessary and explained as soon as practicable.
Without paid opt-in, the pilot ends after month 3. If you opt in, the programme ends after month 6 unless both parties expressly agree to a further plan. There is no automatic renewal. Customers' existing plumbing appointments remain your responsibility. You may request an export of your business records within 30 days of exit, subject to lawful retention and the agreed data schedule.
Privacy and business data
Our Privacy Policy explains website information handling, relevant service providers, overseas processing, access, correction, deletion and complaints. The voice-app sections describe that product; they are not evidence of live assistant marketplace integrations.
When you enquire: we receive the name, business contact details, service area and other information you choose to send. We use it to respond, assess pilot suitability and prepare an offer. Sending a pilot enquiry does not opt you into unrelated marketing. Contact us to stop further pilot follow-up.
Enquiries use our work email and may be processed outside Australia by its service providers. You may initially ask general questions without providing customer information, though business details are needed to assess eligibility. Do not send customer addresses, job photographs, identity documents, health information or access credentials in an initial enquiry.
Before any live integration: the business and customer will receive the applicable collection notice and sharing choices. Approved public business details must be distinguished from private job records. Customer details may be shared with selected participating businesses only for the authorised request; an enquiry to us does not authorise broadcasting customer data to every nearby plumber.
The live-service data schedule must identify actual suppliers, processing countries, access, retention and deletion arrangements before activation. Each assistant account also has its own provider's terms and privacy controls. Processing locations and training settings vary by supplier; the live-service schedule will disclose the applicable arrangements, including overseas handling.
Your rights, complaints and changes
Nothing in the pilot terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees, cancellation and refund rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The final agreement must preserve those rights and fair small-business contract terms.
Contact us first about the offer, allocation, service or privacy. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five business days and provide a response within 30 days, or explain why more time is needed. Applicable external complaint rights remain, including privacy complaints to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where available.
Proposed agreements are governed by New South Wales law with non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights elsewhere. Changes to offer eligibility apply prospectively with clear notice; confirmed places and accepted terms will not be arbitrarily worsened. Keep the dated terms and completed Order supplied to you.
